1.每個人都應該享有基本的自由與權利，社會不能以整體利益為由，侵犯個人的權利
2.社會必須確保每個人都有公平的機會，可以取得這些地位或資源
3.在機會均等的前提下，對弱勢群體提供更多的照顧與利益
