I bought these tablets after I went to the hairdresser and thought surely they won't work that good but by surprise, they did I haven't seen much in my hair which is a shame but my nails a growing and staying long for more than 2 weeks which never happens I’m still on my first bottle and can wait to keep taking them.

My skin is normally pretty good so I haven't seen a massive difference.

I would definitely recommend them to someone that is having trouble with there nails.

Also, I have not a wedding next year and I feel if keep taking them I won't have to go pay for fake nails which is a massive bonus if I don't.

And I definitely which I had a be for and after photo because it's an immense change that I am so happy with.

So far so good

Have been consuming this for about 2 months now. Not that big of a difference seen, but my nails are getting stronger. I feel like my hair is dropping lesser. However the bottle says it takes about 12 weeks to see a difference so im still waiting to see if this really works. Pros: its affordable, could purchase it at guardian for about $20 ish. i forgot the exact price but it around there, less than $30 tho. Easy to consume, i take it one in the morning and one at night. cons: the side effects are crazy. I have bad nausea feeling every time i consume it. Still do though. I definitely feel very sick in the stomach when i eat this. so i think th emost important part is to consume it when your stomach is full. However cant wait to see the results since it contains a decent amount of bioton (which apparently helps for hair loss) and im the kinda person who doesnt eat veggies, so i hope to see results soon with my hair.
